Purchase returns

In what situations can I return the product?

You can return a new, unused product within 14 days of purchase.

Please note: not all categories of goods are subject to return according to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

You can return the product if:

• when viewing a new product, the color or size did not suit you;
• the product is not what you expected;
• the product does not correspond to the description or photo;
• goods of inadequate quality.

Importantly! The product must not lose its appearance. The packaging, sales receipt (or delivery note), warranty card must be saved.
