I (hereinafter referred to as “I” and/or the “User”), agreeing to the terms of this User Agreement and using the Krilov-art.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) when ordering, correspondence, telephone conversation, leaving reviews, etc. . I agree to the processing and protection of my personal data as a User, to the extent, in the manner, in accordance with the purpose of processing in accordance with the Regulations on the processing of personal data posted here: (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulations” and/or “Regulations on the processing and protection of personal data").

Personal Information

In addition to the Regulations, in accordance with the requirements of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”, by filling out an application on the Online Platform to consider the possibility of purchasing goods on credit and clicking the “I confirm the order” button, I agree to the processing of my personal data specified in the application by the following persons: JSC "PUMB" (EDRPOU code - 14282829), JSC "OTP BANK" (EDRPOU code - 21685166), JSC "UKRSIBBANK" (EDRPOU code - 09807750), LLC "FC "CFR" (EDRPOU code - 35725063), JSC "ALFA" -BANK" (EDRPOU code - 23494714), JSC CB "PRIVATBANK" (EDRPOU code - 14360570), JSC "UNIVERSAL BANK" (EDRPOU code - 21133352) and other financial institutions that provide lending opportunities on the Krilov-art.com Online platform , in order to ensure the implementation of civil law relations, provision/receipt and settlement of payments for purchased goods/services, including through lending. I do not object to the verification of information by the financial institutions listed in this Agreement in any credit history bureaus of Ukraine in order to find out information regarding the fulfillment of my obligations under agreements (including credit agreements), if any, thereby understanding that the scope of the information being verified may include information related to bank secrecy, and the clarification of which will be such that it will be complete and sufficient to understand my social, property status, solvency and possible further property liability if necessary.

I also agree that the owner has the right to provide access and transfer my personal data to third parties without any additional notifications, without changing the purpose of their processing as defined in the Regulations and this Agreement. Including, for verification of the information specified by Me and I do not deny the transfer for possible necessary clarification of this information to third parties, by which I mean: financial institutions, collection companies, mobile and postal operators, other individuals and/or legal entities.

I agree to request and receive from the credit history bureaus included in the Unified Register of Credit History Bureaus (hereinafter referred to as the “Bureau”), data and information in the form of summary indicators generated on the basis of information contained in my credit history and/or on the basis of information available from open sources, from third parties, using calculation models available to the Bureau, as well as the use of the specified information by the owner and/or third parties to determine and offer me marketing/special offers by the Owner in my personal account on the Krilov-art.com Online platform ( financial limits) for the purchase of goods and/or services.

We value your right to privacy and non-disclosure of your personal information. This User Agreement is a rule that is used by all employees of our service and regulates the collection and use of personal information that may be requested/received when visiting the Krilov-art.com Online platform, when using the service, when ordering, correspondence, telephone conversation, any other communication in which data/information is exchanged. What information do we collect

If you do not agree with any of the terms of this User Agreement and the Statement on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data, please do not provide personal information (personal data).

Why do we process personal data

The term “personal data” is used in the meaning defined by the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data” and constitutes a set of information about use, which are defined in the Regulations.

We may process your personal data for the purposes and purposes specified in the Regulations. In this case, one or more targets can be used simultaneously.

How we collect information

The purposes of processing personal data, as well as other conditions regarding the processing of personal data are defined in the Regulations.

Personal information, as we noted above, comes directly from you and with your knowledge. Thus, when you register on the Online Platform, we receive the information you provide. When you register for a promotion, we collect information necessary for your participation in order to fulfill our obligations to you. When you place an order for a product, we collect the information you provide to process your order and deliver it to you. When you send us an email, we store the email address you provide so we can respond, etc.

We also collect general information on an ongoing basis when you access our Online Platform. The collection of such data occurs through the use of cookie technologies, as explained below.

How to delete an account?

Log in to your personal account by entering your username and password.
Select the Personal information section.
Scroll down the page.
Select Remove account.
Check the box to agree to the deletion of history and other consequences of deleting your account.
If desired, indicate the reason for deletion.
Click Remove account.

Facebook, Twitter, Youtube (youtube.com), Google+ (plus.google.com), Telegram, Instagram, Viber.

These modules can be buttons for synchronizing your account on the Online Platform Krilov-art.com, Like, retweet or, respectively, “Like”. If a visitor opened one of the web pages equipped with such a plugin, then his Internet browser will directly connect him to the servers of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, YouTube, Telegram, Instagram, Viber. Competitions and promotions

The online platform Krilov-art.com sometimes posts messages about promotions with the opportunity to register online. In such cases, we use the information you provide to administer the promotion (for example, to notify you if you win). Some time after the end of the promotion, we delete personal information from our database unless you consent to its storage and use to obtain further information from us. By participating in the promotion, you expressly consent to the free use of your name, surname, photograph, interview or other materials about you for advertising purposes, including the right to publish your name and photograph in the media, any printed, audio and video materials, media interviews. Prices and product availability

Descriptions of products posted on the Online Platform, including prices indicated on the Online Platform and information about product availability, are subject to change. The order amount may vary depending on the price, quantity, and product range available to the seller on the date of shipment. The final cost of the goods is indicated in the settlement and/or shipping documents provided to the buyer (or his representative) upon receipt of the order. If the goods are unavailable, the seller may unilaterally cancel the order.

Third party service providers

In the process of our work, we turn to other companies and individuals performing many functions. For example, fulfillment and delivery of orders, provision of consumer support, we order administration of promotional campaigns from certain agencies, and data analysis. These agencies may have access to personal information as necessary to perform their functions, but are prohibited from using personal information for purposes other than those specified in our User Agreement and our Personal Data Protection Statement, and we require they are required to maintain confidentiality.

Update of this Agreement

When you place an order, participate in a promotion, study, or otherwise interact with us, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

We may unilaterally change or update portions of this Agreement at any time without notice. Please review the User Agreement from time to time to learn about changes and updates. All changes to this User Agreement come into force upon their publication. If any part of this User Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the other parts will remain in effect.
