Alessandro Del Piero (born 9 November 1974, Conegliano, Veneto, Italy) is an Italian footballer who played as a striker. He spent most of his career at Juventus, defending the colors of this team for 19 years (1993–2012), and was the team's captain since 2001. Five-time Italian champion. He began his professional career with Padova (1991–1993) and ended it with the Indian club Delhi Dynamos (2014–2015). As part of the Italian national team in 2006, he won the World Cup in Germany.
