Description
Certified Authentic Autograph in Book(C 807) . David Copperfield (1956). American illusionist and hypnotist, known for his spectacular magic tricks with original commentary. Copperfield is also known by the nickname "Davino". Real name David Seth Kotkin, David Copperfield, pseudonym for Dickens' character. In the 1980s, he came up with the idea of creating large-scale illusions, and the first of them was the disappearance of an airplane. David then performed a recording of the disappearance of the Statue of Liberty in front of an audience. Further recorded illusions were performed such as flying over the Grand Canyon, passing through the Great Wall of China, escaping from the famously secure prison Alcatraz, traveling to the Bermuda Triangle, escaping from an exploding building, falling from Niagara Falls, disappearing an Orient Express carriage, flying, escaping from a straitjacket, hanging from burning ropes over burning spikes at a height of about 20 meters, exploring a haunted house and surviving a column of fire.
