Phil Esposito (1942) - professional Canadian hockey player, center forward, participant, and top scorer of the USSR-Canada Super Series (1972), member of the Hockey Hall of Fame (1984). He played in the National Hockey League in 1963 and spent 18 seasons there, playing for the Chicago Blackhawks, Boston Bruins, and New York Rangers. Older brother of Canadian goalkeeper Tony Esposito. Founder of the Tampa Bay Lightning club.
