Oleksandr Shovkovskii (1975) is a Ukrainian football coach, former football player, and goalkeeper. He spent almost his entire playing career in the club "Dynamo" (Kyiv). Takes the 7th place among football players who played the most matches for the national team of Ukraine. One of four goalkeepers in the history of football who played 100 or more matches in the UEFA Champions League. One of the six footballers who played in the Europa League over the age of 40. In total, he played 144 matches in the European Cups, 44 of which he kept a clean sheet. The first (until December 6, 2022 — the only) goalkeeper who did not miss a single goal in the post-match penalty shootout at the World Cup (World Cup 2006). Currently, he is the head coach of "Dynamo" (Kyiv).
